What is the deadline for returning goods?

If you are not satisfied with the purchased goods for any reason, you can return them within 30 days. These 30 days are counted from the moment you receive the package. Read more here.

My order hasn't arrived yet. What should I do?

Sometimes a package takes a little longer to arrive, so please allow up to 2 extra business days (Monday to Friday). Check your tracking code, it may already be knocking on your door. And if you still haven't heard anything, send us your order number and we'll look into it and let you know what's going on.
