The Journey of Your Shipment From Us to Your Door

Have you decided to place an order? Great! Once you click on the confirmation button, you will receive an email message stating that we have received your order and are starting to prepare it.

Our packing team usually gets started within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday). Once everything is carefully packed and ready to go, your package will be on its way to you.

And because we like to keep things simple, shipping throughout the UK is completely free!
Once the package leaves our warehouse, you will receive another email with a tracking link so you can follow every step of the way. You can track your order here.

The package usually arrives within 3-4 business days (Monday to Friday), so it will be knocking on your door before you know it.

The Goods Arrived Differently Than You Expected

Sometimes a package arrives with a surprise we didn't plan for. Whether it's a damaged product or something completely different from what you ordered. If this has happened to you, we're very sorry. But don't worry, you're not alone.

Just send us a photo of the problem to support@zanvia.co.uk. The more details you provide, the faster we can get started. Our team will take a look, assess the situation, and make sure you receive the correct, undamaged item as soon as possible.

The Delivery Of the Package Took a Little Longer Than Expected

Sometimes a package takes a little longer to arrive, so please allow up to 2 extra business days (Monday to Friday). Check your tracking code, it may already be knocking on your door. And if you still haven't heard anything, send us your order number and we'll look into it and let you know what's going on.

Change of Plans? Let Us Know As Soon As Possible

If you've changed your mind and want to cancel your order, please let us know as soon as possible at support@zanvia.co.uk before the package is shipped. Once we start the processing, we unfortunately cannot stop it.

So the sooner you contact us, the better chance we have of making it in time. We're here to help, even when plans change.
