Shipping Procedure
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email, indicating that we’ve begun processing your order. We are pleased to offer free delivery on all orders within the United Kingdom. Processing typically takes 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday). After processing, your order will be dispatched, and you’ll receive an email with tracking details. Shipping time is around 3-4 business days (Monday to Friday).
Damaged or Incorrect Items
In the rare event that you receive damaged or incorrect items, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Please take photos of the issue and send them to us at support@zanvia.co.uk. We will promptly review your case and ensure you receive the correct, non-damaged item.
Delays
If the maximum time for order processing and shipping has passed and your order still hasn't arrived, don't panic. Allow up to 2 extra business days (Monday to Friday) and don't forget to use your tracking code. If your package still hasn't arrived, please contact us, quoting your order number.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order, you can do so by contacting us at support@zanvia.co.uk. Please ensure you contact us as soon as possible, as we won’t be able to cancel your order once it has been processed.
