Sometimes a product does not meet your expectations, or you simply change your mind. If you decide to return the goods, you can do so within 30 days of delivery. All you need to do is meet the following conditions:

  • The goods must be unused and in their original condition.
  • All tags, packaging, and labels must be intact.

If everything is in order, please write to us at support@zanvia.co.uk. We will send you detailed instructions on how to proceed. Please pack the goods carefully to prevent damage during transport and send them back. The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Unfortunately, we cannot process returns after the 30-day period has expired. These policies are set out in accordance with our Terms of Service.

How We Process Refunds

Getting a refund from us is not a complicated process. It is a simple, fair process that respects your decision. Once we receive your returned goods and check them, we will ensure that the amount is refunded to you in the same way you paid for your order. The entire process can take up to 7 days, so please be patient.

In the meantime, we will make sure everything goes smoothly.

Just send us an email to support@zanvia.co.uk, telling us which product you would like to exchange and for what, and we will guide you through the entire process step by step. Bear in mind that only unused items can be exchanged within 30 days of the delivery date.

Change of Plans? Let Us Know As Soon As Possible

If you've changed your mind and want to cancel your order, please let us know as soon as possible at support@zanvia.co.uk before the package is shipped. Once we start the processing, we unfortunately cannot stop it.

So the sooner you contact us, the better chance we have of making it in time. We're here to help, even when plans change.

The Goods Arrived Differently Than You Expected

Sometimes a package arrives with a surprise we didn't plan for. Whether it's a damaged product or something completely different from what you ordered. If this has happened to you, we're very sorry. But don't worry, you're not alone.
