We want you to be completely satisfied with every purchase. However, if you are not happy with your order for any reason, we provide a straightforward return, refund, and exchange process to assist you.

  • Restocking Fee: We do not charge any restocking fees for returns.

Return Eligibility and Guidelines
If you wish to return an item, you have up to 30 days from the date of delivery to do so. To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.
  • All tags, labels, and packaging must be intact and included.
  • Items that are damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or wear and tear are not eligible for returns.

Return & Refund Policy
Refund Process

After receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout. Please allow up to 7 days for the refund to reflect in your account. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed.

Important notes:

  • We do not charge any restocking fees.
  • Shipping fees paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.
  • Depending on your payment provider, the refunded amount may take additional time to appear in your account.
Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or model, please follow these steps:

  • Contact us at support@zanvia.co.uk with your order details and the item you wish to exchange.
  • Once approved, we will provide return instructions.
  • After receiving your returned item, we will process and ship your replacement.

Please note that exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the item you want is unavailable, we will process a refund instead.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please reach out to us as soon as possible at support@zanvia.co.uk. While we will do our best to accommodate your request, we cannot guarantee cancellations if the order has already entered the processing stage.

If your order has already been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. However, you may return the item once it has been delivered by following our return process.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, we apologize for the inconvenience. Please follow these steps:
